I offer complimentary delivery on all standard orders. Standard orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days).

Expedited shipping is available upon request for an extra fee.

Currently, I’m only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Your pieces are handmade with care, and sized to your specifications after you order. Your items are ready to ship within 2-4 business days post order date.

Ready to ship items like earrings ship within 1-3 business days.

A custom item can take 5-10 business days. You will be updated on the progress of your piece as it makes its way through the creation process.

Note: Production time is in addition to shipping time.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn, undamaged, non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery.

In case of an item damaged in shipment, you may exchange your item for a new one. Be sure to take pictures of the damaged package as well.

Custom jewelry pieces are not eligible for return because they were made special just for you.

Items received as gifts can be exchanged or applied to the purchase of another beautiful item of equal or greater value. Simply follow the steps outlined below and once I receive your item, I'll email you with a coupon code to use on the website.

STEPS TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

  1. Email me - jen@lotusbijoux.com
  2. In the email include your confirmation number, the item you purchased and the reason for your exchange or return.
  3. After receiving a return approval via email, I will email you a return label to send the item back to me.

I will process your return/exchange once the item is received.
